Shipping and Special Packaging/Handling

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 - 7 days after receipt of payment or credit approval and are shipped via UPS with tracking and required signature except residential delivery. If you prefer delivery by UPS RED or with required signature, the additional costs will be applied. Please contact us before choosing this method. 

Shipping fees include any handling and/or packing fees. Handling fees, where applied, are fixed, whereas actual UPS shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and fuel surcharges. We advise you to group your items according to order type: ie screen printing and embroidery, specialty merchandise, banners, etc. We will make every effort to group orders that are placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them accordingly. 
 

Returns of Blank or Decorated Items

With the exception of errors on the part of APS Promotional Solutions, we do not accept returns on merchandise that has been decorated except for as provisioned in our terms and conditions for misprints and mistakes. APS provides sizing charts for all cothing merchandise sold with decoration and considers sales final when ordering through the electronic store front. Mistakes in telephone orders will be addressed as they arise as will genuine errors in sudmitted orders. APS Promotional Solutions does not, under any circumstance, accept the return of merchandise that has been worn, damaged post shipping, or smells of chemicals or smoke. 

Returns of any merchandise will be at the consumers expense unless otherwise agreed.
