Terms and Conditions of Use for the APS Promotional Solutions Buyer Gateway

This systems requires a unique name and password to place orders on individual store fronts. As such, orders placed for products on this system are considered signature approved when placing those orders with a credit card payment. Purchase Order payments and Net Terms are accepted from customers who have been established for such payment methods, having first submitted a standard credit application.

Typical turnaround time for orders is 5 business days plus your selected shipping method. 
 

Shipping

Shipping is not included in provided estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time.

Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates with issues associated with weather or other service advisory conditions. We do not ship outside the continental United States.

Return Policy

Customized Merchandise: All sales on customized or personalized merchandise are final. Due to the unique nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been decorated, printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized to your specifications.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective or if you receive an item that is incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Items: For non-customized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or defective.

Cancellation

At APS Promotional Solutions we understand at times cancellations occur. In the event of a cancellation, deposit refunds will be considered based on the status of the order. APS is responsible for restocking fees to its vendors for items that have been purchased for production. As such, those fees are passed to the buyer for their respective orders in the event of a cancellation. Merchandise that has been decorated will be deducted from any such deposits prior to issuing a refund.

Holiday Order Guidelines

APS Promotional Solutions is closed on the following days each year if those days fall during the week.

  • Christmas Day
  • Day after Christmas
  • New Year's Eve
     

Orders placed after December 10th through December 28th are subject to a 10 day turnaround time to allow for our closing over the holidays.
